In order to provide excellent services to all of our costumer, in engineering we use software for process and mechanical design, calculation, such as HTFS, COMPRES, PV ELITE etc. For GA & detail drawing we use AutoCad and 3D.
The Fabrication Procedures are available and used as guidelines in executing the fabrication works, such as Fabrication and Repair Procedure, ITP, WPS, PQR, NDT & Testing Procedure, PWHT Procedure, Sandblasting & Painting Procedure, Packing & Delivery Procedure.
We have various material sourcing in Asia, Europe, America and local suppliers and mill which can provide ferrous and non ferrous materials with a very competitive price and fast delivery.
FABRICATION & REPAIR
We have the experience to fabricate and repair Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger with range of Ferrous & Non Ferrous materials such as Killed Carbon Steel, Low temperature Creep Resisting Steel, Low & High Alloy, Duplex, Super Duplex, Al-Bronze, Cooper Nickel and Titanium.
